Earlier this year, we introduced a new brand promise to Keep Getting Better. Our brand promise begins from within, and rests in the hearts and minds of our team members.
One of the best ways we can live our brand promise to Keep Getting Better is through listening and involving team members in the decisions we make as an organization.
There are so many ways we listen – through rounding, huddle, and now, even virtual meetings. Pulse Surveys are another way we can listen and, importantly, take action based on your feedback.
Going forward, Hackensack Meridian Health will offer more frequent opportunities for you to share your feedback and ideas on specific topics so we can shape the actions taken based on the voice of the frontline team. These Keep Getting Better pulse surveys are open to all team members.
