Keep Getting Better Pulse Survey

Earlier this year, we introduced a new brand promise to Keep Getting Better. Our brand promise begins from within, and rests in the hearts and minds of our team members.

One of the best ways we can live our brand promise to Keep Getting Better is through listening and involving team members in the decisions we make as an organization.

There are so many ways we listen – through rounding, huddle, and now, even virtual meetings. Pulse Surveys are another way we can listen and, importantly, take action based on your feedback.

Going forward, Hackensack Meridian Health will offer more frequent opportunities for you to share your feedback and ideas on specific topics so we can shape the actions taken based on the voice of the frontline team. These Keep Getting Better pulse surveys are open to all team members.

Our first Keep Getting Better pulse survey is to hear your feedback on our response to COVID-19, with a specific focus on garnering your ideas and feedback to shape our response to future crisis and a potential surge in the fall.

Please take a moment to participate in this very brief survey.

Please use the Google Chrome browser when taking the survey. Older versions of Internet Explorer do not fully support the survey platform.

We cannot see or change any of the data once we provide the file to Great Place to Work. They are very strict on this point as it protects confidentiality of responses.

So, it may feel counter-intuitive but the unique identifier is used to ensure data is assigned to the correct team member/department/leader but remains protected and confidential!

Because the survey is SSL (Sure Sockets Layer) encrypted, no one can capture any responses “in transit” while your browser is passing information to the server. After completing all or part of a survey, you should close your browser window to avoid anyone viewing your responses by using the back button or history function of your browser. If you share a computer, for your protection, you should log off of the machine prior to someone else using that computer.

The pulse survey is a brief “check in” with our team members to see what kind of progress we’ve made since the last full survey was done. There are less questions which means it won’t take as much time to complete it.

Your responses will go directly to Great Place to Work®, our partner in conducting the survey, for analysis. Then the cumulative data and/or analysis goes directly to network leadership, who will then share survey highlights and site-specific results with you.

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of each individual respondent. No individual responses will be given to HMH; data for this pulse survey is only reported at a site level.

1. No one at your company ever sees your survey. All surveys go directly to the Great Place to Work® for analysis. No one at your company ever sees individual surveys or responses.

2. The raw data from your surveys stays at the Great Place to Work®. They collect and store all of the data received in a secure server. You are not asked to include any personal identification information with the survey (like your name or social security number), nor do we ask for this information from the company.

3. Written comments are shared with our company using broad demographic options associated with them, such as business unit. If only a small number of comments are provided for any demographic option, we will merge those comments in with others from small groups and create a comments section composed of a variety of groups.

You may contact your site HR team at any time with questions. For additional technical questions, please contact the IT Service Desk at 732-897-7333.
