1. REMINDER: Performance Evaluations Due This Thursday, February 6
Please note that ALL performance evaluations are due to be submitted by leaders to the Executive Review step by end of day this Thursday, February 6.
No performance discussions should be held at this point. Performance discussions occur after Executive Review, from Monday, March 9 through Friday, May 1.
We’ll continue to communicate updates and post any new information on TeamHMH/Performance Management as it becomes available.
Please note: This information is not applicable to the following populations: Physicians, Carrier Clinic, Alert/Statewide, Majestic and Quality Care Management. Physicians will receive their 2019 performance process/timeline in the near future.
2. Novel Coronavirus Communication
As we continue our preparedness in response to the novel coronavirus, it is important to keep team members, including those without HMH email, accurately informed. Please ensure you team is aware of the protocol for team members, employed physicians and volunteers returning from China that was communicated last week. 3. Accounts Payable Special Handling Requests
There has been an increase in the number of special handling requests directly sent to Accounting to manually attach the customers’ invoice with each payment. PLEASE NOTE: Each HMH Accounts Payable check includes a remittance portion that lists the vendor’s invoice number, invoice date and comment field to properly apply the payment. Attaching an invoice, when not requested by the vendor, delays the check payment process. Please be sure you and your team use the special handling request option when needed.
4. REMINDER: New Learning Management System (LMS) Launches Monday, February 10
The network’s new Learning Management System (LMS), Learning, will launch in MySuccess on Monday, February 10. All entities across the network will be included with the exception of Carrier (as they are not yet in PeopleSoft). Education about the new system that will be available on TeamHMH.com will include:
- A quick reference guide
- A quick video
Presentations at hospital site leadership meetings and team member open labs across the hospitals are also in the process of being scheduled for the new LMS – watch for more details. Please email LearningAndDevelopment@hmhn.org if you have any questions.
5. HMH Celebrates African American History Month
During the month of February, HMH is celebrating African American History Month with activities and celebrations being scheduled throughout the network; dates and times will be advertised through fliers, Pulse, The Exchange and ONE. Click here for more information.
6. REMINDER: Epic Maintenance Downtime – February 9, 2020
There will be an Epic Downtime from 12:01 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. Sunday, February 9, to relocate the Epic servers. For complete details, click here.
