As a former HMH team member you may need to access information or perform tasks that were previously available to you through MyWay-PeopleSoft. Below are some tips and links on how you can access that information now.

My Benefits

Affects: Ability to view prior benefit enrollment.

What to do: If you would like to confirm prior benefit enrollment, call the Team Member Service Center at 551-996-2877.

My Time Statement

Affects: Ability to view PTO balances on your MyTime Statement. Note: all statements will reflect a zero balance after a team member is separated from employment.

What to do: If you have questions about your final PTO payout, please call the Team Member Service Center at 551-996-2877.

Team Member Self Service

Affects: Changes to personal information, including updating your address.

What to do: Call the Team Member Service Center at 551-996-2877.

My Payroll

Affects: Ability to view paychecks and W2s.

What to do: View your paychecks and obtain copies of past W2s via ADP iPay.

Team Member Service Center

Affects: Ability to submit a question to the Team Member Service Center.

What to do: Call the Team Member Service Center at 551-996-2877.

My Success Learning/Performance Management

Affects: Ability to view past reviews. Note: only active team members can access MySuccess.

What to do: If you would like a copy of a past review, please reach out to the Team Member Service Center at 551-996-2877. The Team Member Service Center will direct your request to the appropriate HR Operations Team.

Retirement (TIAA 401k/403b) – Visit the TIAA site at TIAA.org/hmh or call 866-999-3844.

Employment Verification (The Work Number) – For loan and mortgage verification visit TheWorkNumber.com or call 800-367-5690 (when prompted, provide our Employer Code: 25383). For Health Care Facility Inquiry Regarding Health Care Professional (CN-9 form or similar), submit the request via email to HumanResources@HMHN.org with the subject line “CN-9”.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program – Contact the Team Member Service Center at 551-996-2877 or email your request to HumanResources@HMHN.org (please use “PSLF” in your subject line to ensure timely processing).
