3. PTO Drawdown Bank Reminder
HMH transitioned multiple PTO plans across the Network to PeopleSoft effective April 1, 2019 and established the PTO Draw Down Bank for team members’ frozen PTO hours. There is a draw-down schedule based on the number of hours team members have in their PTO Drawdown Bank. The first expiration date for Draw Down hours is quickly approaching. If team members have 80 or less PTO hours credited to their Draw Down bank effective March 23, 2019, they must use those hours before April 1, 2020. Any hours that are not used by this deadline will expire and can no longer be used or paid out should they leave HMH.
